Our passion for technology, processes, and customers drives our journey. It all began by seizing the right opportunity at the right time. IPVision (now Dstny A/S) had a thriving business but urgently required a modern, reliable, and scalable solution to run its entire telecom operations. The two founders Agree-Technologies leveraged their extensive telecom industry experience to develop a unique and powerful solution that met Dstny’s needs and became a standard CPQ and Billing solution suitable for other companies in the B2B segment. The ATSuite platform has successfully operated as a managed service offering for Dstny for over five years. In 2024, we boldly expanded our business to cater to all companies selling products and services, offering ATSuite as a SaaS solution – and that’s exactly what we’re doing now as we live our dream.

Laurits is a senior executive and brings over 30 years of experience enabling telecom businesses to transform through innovative software and services. He had previously founded and exited growth companies before co-founding Agree Technologies.

Karina Buch, CCO

Karina is a senior executive who excelled in C-level positions (CCO, COO, and CIO) across the Technology, Insurance, and Auction industries. Her international leadership experience leading large teams in Copenhagen, London, New York, and San Francisco has given her a global perspective.

Kristian Jacobsen, CTO

With over 20 years in the software industry and extensive experience in Telecom CPQ and Billing, Kristian is a senior innovator, leads the dynamic and flexible ATSuite roadmap and development. The core of Kristian's commitment is to continue to deliver a future-proven solution to our customers.
