We process your personal data and have therefore adopted this privacy policy, which tells you how we collect and process information about you. The privacy policy applies to personal data that you submit to us or that we collect via the website agree-tech.com. All inquiries to us can be made via the contact details listed below.

Agree Technologies is the data controller, and we ensure that your personal data is processed in accordance with the law.

When we ask you to make your personal data available to us, we inform you about which data we process about you and for what purpose. You receive information about this at the time of collection of your personal data.

We use data about you primarily to fulfill the agreements you enter into with us and secondarily to make our service better and ensure quality in our products and services, target marketing, and in our contact with you.

When you visit Agree Technologies, we automatically collect information about you and your use of Agree Technologies, e.g. about which type of browser you use, which search terms you use, your IP address, network location, and information about your desktop, tablet and mobile. The information is deleted after a maximum of 26 months.

The legal basis for the processing is the EU Personal Data Regulation, art. 6, subsection 1, letter f.

When you sign up for our newsletter, information about your name and email address is collected.

The purpose is to be able to deliver newsletters to you. The legal basis for the processing is the EU Personal Data Regulation, art. 6, subsection 1, letter f.

  1. Recipients of personal data

Information about your name, address, e-mail, mobile number and other submitted data will be passed on to our salespeople and other personnel who may be necessary to answer your inquiry.

Information can be left to external partners who process the information on our behalf. We use external partners for, among other things, technical operation and improvements of the marketplace, sending out newsletters and targeted marketing, including retargeting.

These companies are data processors and, under our instructions, process the data for which we are the data controller.

The data processors may not use the information for any purpose other than fulfilling the agreement with us, and are subject to confidentiality regarding this. International data transfer may occur. LinkedIn and Google can handle personal data outside the EU / EEA. We will always ensure that your personal data is still covered by an adequate level of data protection by securing the data transfer using the European Commission’s standard contract clauses.

We only process data about you that is relevant and sufficient in relation to the purposes defined above. The purpose is decisive for which type of data about you is relevant to us. The same applies to the extent of the personal data we use. For example, we do not use more data than we need for the specific purpose.

In addition , the type of data that is necessary to collect and store for our business operations may be determined by law . The type and extent of the personal data we process may also be necessary to fulfill a contract or other legal obligation.

We delete your personal data when they are no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we collected, processed and stored your data.

General inquiries are stored until we have delivered your requested services (maximum 2 years).

You are entitled at any time to request information from us about, among other things, what information we have registered about you, what purpose the registration serves, which categories of personal data and recipients of information may may be, as well as information about where the information originates.

You have the right to receive a copy of the personal data that we process about you. If you want a copy of your personal data, send a written request to our email address: info@agree-tech.com. You may be asked to document that you are who you say you are.

8.2 The right to rectification

You have the right to have incorrect personal data corrected by us. If you become aware that there are errors in the information we have registered about you, you are encouraged to contact info@agree-tec.com in writing so that the information can be corrected.

Information that we have collected in connection with delivery, you have the opportunity to correct yourself on the marketplace.

8.3 The right to erasure

In certain cases, you have the right to have all or certain personal data deleted, e.g. if you withdraw your consent and we have no other legal basis to continue the processing.

To the extent that continued processing of your information is necessary, e.g. in order for us to comply with your legal obligations, or for legal claims to be established, asserted or defended, we are not obliged to delete your personal data.

8.4 The right to limit processing to storage

In certain cases, we have the right to limit the processing of your personal data to storage only, e.g. if you believe that the information we process about you is incorrect.

8.5 The right to data portability

In certain cases, you have the right to have personal data that you have provided yourself delivered in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transfer this data to another data controller.

8.6 The right to object

You have the right at any time to object to our processing of your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing, including the profiling that is carried out in order to be able to target our direct marketing.

8.8 The right to complain

You have the right to lodge a complaint at any time with the Danish Data Protection Authority, Borgergade 28, 5, 1300 København K about our processing of your personal data. Complaints can be lodged, among other things, by email dt@datatilsynet.dk or telephone +45 33 19 32 00.

  1. Security

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures against personal data being accidentally or illegally destroyed, lost, changed or degraded, as well as against unauthorized access or misuse.

Only employees who have a real need to access your personal data to perform their work have access to it.

  1. Deletion of personal data

Information collected about your use of the marketplace cf. pt. 2.1. deleted at the latest when you have not used the marketplace for 1 year.

Information collected in connection with your registration for our newsletter is deleted when your consent to the newsletter is withdrawn, unless we have another basis for processing the information.

Information collected in connection with your trade carried out on the marketplace cf. pt. 2.2 will basically be deleted 3 years after the end of the calendar year in which you made your purchase. However, information can be stored for a longer period if we have a legitimate need for longer storage, e.g. if it is necessary for legal claims to be established, asserted or defended, or if storage is necessary for us to comply with legal requirements. Accounting material is stored for 5 years until the end of a financial year in order to meet the requirements of the Accounting Act.

If the privacy policy changes, you will be informed of this on your next visit to the marketplace.
